"That vintage neon sign — 'INN' glowing pink against the evergreens at dusk — is legitimately one of the most beautiful things I've seen on any road trip. The facilities are immaculate. The leaf logo somehow makes it feel like a sanctuary. Pulled over just to photograph the sign and ended up sitting on the porch for an hour."
"The smiling donkey in a cowboy hat holding a cold one, oil derrick silhouette in the sunset behind him — that logo alone tells you everything you need to know. Ice-cold beer, sawdust floors, and restrooms so clean you'd eat off them. Oklahoma's finest stop."
"Irish pub soul, American heart — they mean it. The golden lab in the flat cap holding a Guinness and a cold amber is the mascot of my dreams. Cleanest pub restroom in the state of Oklahoma. Both flags. Full respect."
"Three gold stars. Script logo worthy of a Vegas steakhouse. The cigar bar lounge facilities are immaculate — marble counters, brass fixtures, monogrammed hand towels. This is the standard every roadside establishment should aspire to."
"Dixon Medium Hot, 1 lb, $9.50. That crinkled paper bag with the red pepper logo is a genuine New Mexico artifact. The back of the shop has the most character-filled restroom on the entire Southwest road trip circuit. Smells like roasted chiles and authenticity."
"The gold-on-dark badge logo is so good it belongs in a museum. Found this place on a detour and the restrooms were stocked better than my bathroom at home. The beagle mascot judges you while you wash your hands. 10 out of 10."
